The dead will run our lives if we let them, and we will learn to call it love.
You may not be able to name it, but you feel it: the pattern that keeps repeating, the relationship that echoes something older, the way you shrink or collapse or rage in ways that don't quite feel like you. Often, what we're carrying isn't ours alone. It belongs to a system, to parents, grandparents, those who came before and never found resolution.
Constellation work makes the invisible visible. In a session, we enter a living systemic field of you and your lineage and follow what's actually there: who was excluded, what was never grieved, where love got tangled with loyalty, and where belonging came at a cost.
When these patterns are seen clearly, they start to lose their grip. People notice changes in their everyday lives. They react less in the same old arguments, they feel less guilt about setting a boundary, and they find it easier to make decisions they’d been avoiding. Many leave feeling lighter and more like themselves. Over time, the family history that felt like a weight starts to feel like a source of support.

Private Family Systemic Constellation Sessions
(Prerequisite: 2 family constellation sessions)
Some wounds run deeper than one lifetime. The unresolved grief, the silenced stories, the love that never made it through: these live in the body, in our patterns, in the way we move through the world without quite knowing why.
The Ancestral Reconnection & Repair Ceremony is an (optional) plant-assisted ceremonial container designed to meet what constellation work has begun to surface. Here we go to the root. We bring what has been fragmented back into wholeness, repair broken lines of belonging, and open the channel for ancestral support to flow where it has been blocked.
This is not a singular event but a living process. The ceremony includes two integration calls to tend what has opened and support what is continuing to move through you.
Available in person in Colorado. Offered for individuals, couples, or small groups. All ceremonies are offered on the basis of reciprocity (tier-based donation pricing).

Womb Clearings
Womb clearings incorporate Mayan Womb Massage and energy work to support the healing and awakening of the womb, honoring its deep connection to feminine energy, creativity, and ancestral wisdom. This ancient technique involves gentle yet profound abdominal work to release stored emotions, trauma, and blockages, while promoting vitality, balance, and emotional clarity.
Through this practice, you can reconnect to your body's innate wisdom, support reproductive health, and cultivate a deeper relationship with your feminine power and intuition. The lineage of this womb massage technique comes from Tzutujil medicine woman, Nana Mimi.
All bodies, including those without wombs, can receive the benefits of womb clearings. Sessions last 60 minutes and consist of hands-on body work followed by gentle integration. In-person in Boulder, CO.

Our pilgrimages and retreats offer a rare opportunity not just to work with plant masters and Indigenous communities, but to build meaningful, reciprocal relationships that bridge cultures and honor the deep wisdom of those who have stewarded sacred medicines for generations. These transformative experiences allow you to deepen your connection with ancient traditions and the plants themselves, in the very lands that have nurtured them.
Our next pilgrimage is to Guatemala for a traditional Mayan-led Cacao Initiation in April 2027.

Bring ancestral healing work to your next event! Whether you are organizing a retreat, hosting a panel, programming a festival, or building a workshop into your event, we are available to facilitate, speak, and hold space for groups ready to go deeper.
Our facilitation draws on family systemic constellations, grief tending, ancestral reconnection, and ceremonial practice. We meet each group where they are, from an introductory experience for those new to this work to deeper immersive containers for communities already walking this path.

Healing the Mother/Father Line
Maybe you keep ending up in relationships that feel like your parents, or you have the same illness as someone in your family, or no one in your lineage can hold onto money, or you keep repeating the pattern you swore you’d never repeat. These patterns don’t start with you, but they can end with you. We begin with a 60-minute session to map the history of your family system, looking for family secrets, traumatic events, and the entanglements that are keeping you bound. A 2-hour constellation then brings the hidden dynamics into view so something can shift. We close with a 60-minute session to integrate what moved, clear any remaining residue, and bring it into your daily life and relationships.

Systemic Coaching
Most coaching asks you to change through willpower. You set the goal, make the plan, and push. But if you’ve done that and keep landing in the same place, effort probably isn’t the problem. The pattern belongs to something bigger than you, a system, and it began long before you.
In systemic coaching, we still work toward something concrete you want to change. The difference is that you don’t have to go it alone. We look at what your family and ancestors are carrying that is inhibiting your growth. Through systemic healing, we shift what once weighed you down to a source of support to propel you forward.
Over eight 90-minute sessions, we look at the family and relational forces shaping your choices, allowing us to see where you’re entangled and what wants to move. Meeting regularly over time gives space for this deep systemic rerooting to take hold.
