Frequently Asked Questions

What is Family Systemic Constellations? How does it work?

Family Systemic Constellations is a relational, experiential modality that makes visible the unseen dynamics within our inner and outer systems, not just family, but also identity, ancestry, culture, race, spirituality, and more. We "constellate" a system by bringing its elements into the space, either with objects, in somatic awareness, or with people acting as representatives, and allow what’s unspoken to emerge. This often reveals inherited trauma, frozen grief, or invisible loyalties that, when witnessed, can begin to shift toward healing. One example of what this can look like can be found in pop culture on an episode of Sex, Love, and Goop.

The work I offer is predominantly one-on-one in private practice. However, if you’d like to be a focus client in a group constellation, you may either gather your representatives or pay a small fee for me to organize. In this case, in addition to the client cost, representatives contribute $25 to participate, which helps cover facilitation and space-holding.

What kind of dreamwork do you offer?

My dreamwork honors dreams as sacred threads from the soul, ancestors, land, and unconscious. I blend multiple approaches, including Gestalt, Family Constellations, and Projective Dreamwork, depending on the dream and the dreamer. My approach is relational, ceremonial, and non-interpretive. Together, we enter the dream landscape slowly, with reverence. We might re-walk the dream, speak from its characters, engage with it through ritual, or explore what it asks of your waking life. This work draws from Indigenous and animist perspectives, as well as depth psychology.

Can this work support me through grief, transition, and emotional difficulty?

Absolutely. This work is rooted in threshold, the moments where life stretches us across loss, change, or emergence. Whether you're walking through grief, identity change, birth, death, or endings that aren't yet clear, I offer a steady, ceremonial presence. Constellations, dreamwork, and ceremony can help metabolize what feels stuck, bring clarity to what’s shifting, and gently restore your place in the larger web of belonging.

Is this work trauma-informed?

I describe my approach as trauma-aware, rather than trauma-informed. While I have training in trauma-sensitive facilitation, I work from a Gestalt perspective, meaning trauma does not define or lead the process. We honor your experience, your body, and your timing, but we do not pathologize your story. You are the authority on your healing. This work welcomes your wholeness, not just your wounds.

What lineage did you study? Who did you study with? Who permitted you to share this wisdom?

My work is woven from years of ceremonial, systemic, and academic study. Some of the teachers and programs that have shaped my practice include Awe’s Psychedelic Therapy Training, where I was guided through indigenous-led pilgrimages and ceremonies with native communities and initiated as Mabanji in the Pygme tradition in Gabon. I’m honored to carry this prayer and the prayer of the Moondance in my walk. I am also a certified Advanced Systemic Constellation Facilitator and certified as an End-of-Life Doula to support rites of passage and thresholds. I also hold an MSc in Intercultural Psychology, where I studied community, culture, and healing across traditions. My ongoing ceremonial practice includes apprenticeship with native communities, Moondance grandmothers, and Mayan teachers who have invited me to carry forward aspects of this work with integrity. I only offer what I’ve been trained and permitted to share, always giving credit to my teachers and sending support back. 25% of Threshold Ceremony contributions go directly to indigenous-led projects. You can read more on this in reciprocity.

Are the Threshold Ceremonies legal?

Threshold Ceremonies are spiritual rites, woven to honor major transitions, such as death, birth, love, grief, and renewal. We focus on the ceremony itself as the medicine, and the preparation and integration that surround it. This is intimate work rooted in reverence and relational depth. I do not encourage nor condone any illegal activities. This includes the purchase, sale, transfer, or use of any illegal substances, or partaking in any unlawful activities related to illegal substances.

What is the cost of a session? Do you offer financial assistance or scholarships? Where does the money go?

Sessions are priced to reflect the depth of training, presence, and care that go into this work. My 1:1 constellation sessions, integration support packages, and womb massage offerings are each offered at a set rate that sustains the practice. I reserve a limited number of discounted sessions or packages each month for those experiencing financial hardship or systemic barriers. Threshold Ceremonies are offered by direct referral or introduction only and are rooted in the practice of reciprocity. The suggested contribution reflects what those with similar training and ceremonial experience receive. An initial offering is made at the first preparation session, with the option to offer more after the ceremony if moved to do so. 25% of all contributions for Threshold Ceremonies are redistributed to Indigenous-led organizations and community efforts that steward the medicines, traditions, or values this work draws upon. More information about these partnerships can be found on the Community Projects page or by asking me. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. Payment plans may be discussed upon request.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For one-on-one sessions, cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or canceled with a partial refund. If canceled more than two weeks in advance, a full refund may be provided. Within 48 hours, sessions are non-refundable except in cases of emergency or illness. For Threshold Ceremonies, there is no deposit; contributions are given in the spirit of reciprocity. Because funds are distributed to Indigenous and community efforts, no refunds are available after the time of service.
